Pros

You have a job to go to

Cons

System issues and no one will help you If you are stuck on a call where the KB doesn't help (which is most of them) no one will help or worse tell you the wrong answer to just hurry up and guess who gets called out for it, you. No one will put anything in writing and if they do it's vague and left to discretion of supervisor Speaking of supervisors, most don't care. A lot of favortism. Everyone is expendable. Devoted will do whatever to save money for the quarter. All the "we are family" talk goes out the window Policies are difficult to understand. HR will never ever assist you. Very condescending Cut throat. Don't believe the lies. All metrics. Not paid enough for what you do day in and day out

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience with us as a RN Case Manager. We’re happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the ability to work remotely with us and have had a positive experience with our healthcare benefit offerings. We’re sorry to hear that some of your recent experience has not been positive and appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback. We take strides to ensure our employees are heard and respected. Our mission at Devoted Health is to make sure all members are treated like family and your role is an important part of providing high quality care to our members. We have metrics in place to ensure we are able to achieve our business goals and our performance is aligned to achieve our mission. We do recognize where our rapid growth can result in adjustments to our metrics and processes, and this can cause extra stress on this type of role and team, so we are focused on adding tooling and resources to help our employees. Currently, we are in a hyper-growth stage and as a result, our policies and procedures do change frequently to make sure we are compliant and attentive to member needs and wants. As a growing company in a highly regulated environment, we do have high expectations and standards which is why there is frequent change. The department's objectives align closely with our mission, which calls for maintaining high standards due to federal regulations. We recognize this can be demanding and offer stress reduction programs, including live and recorded classes, Lyra Benefit, and the Calm App. Feedback shows 97% of participants found these helpful. While it’s our mission to make sure that our members are cared for and treated like family, it’s also our mission to make sure we’re reflecting the best care and attention to our internal teams as well. We know that each experience is different and we welcome the opportunity to hear more from you about your perspective so we can learn.
