      Pros

      The culture is really great. Everyone is passionate and mission-driven. Leadership feels very accessible. Everyone is thoughtful and open to suggestions / ideas.

      Cons

      It's all about expectations. There is structure, but there's also plenty of ambiguity. Things are expected to change quickly.
