Talent Centric Culture: Of all the places I have worked at- Dexis provided opportunities that most contractors would not. The mentality of the leadership embraces giving people opportunities which is quite refreshing. Leadership: Leaders have been extremely transparent and open comparatively to other industry leaderships I have witnessed. Colleagues: I found myself in the presence of colleagues that I not only admired professionally but became great friends with over time. The open-minded culture Dexis fosters has made it an exciting place to work socially and professionally.

Growing Pains: There are some growing pains that pop up from time to time related to work but it isnt unique to Dexis Remote: Some staff are remote which makes connecting and networking a bit difficult
