1. Project teams (non-corporate positions) have specific sub-cultures; some are more aligned with the company's overall culture than others. When the project team has a great culture, you'll be happy, but it's important to know whicht project you're getting on, who the CoP is, and what that team's operating environment is like.
2. It's not entirely clear to me what Dexis's overall purpose and vision are or what makes us different or better than our competitors. Maybe it's just about the culture and environment we have, but other than that, I'm not sure.
3. Unless you are very senior, you will be sitting in a cubicle in an open space set-up. It's a bit noisy with harsh lighting. On the flip side, our location is perfect (Metro Center) so real estate is too expensive to have some of the bigger office spaces you would find in other places.
4. There is limited vacation and sick time (all combined under paid time off or PTO). There is no paid maternity or paternity leave.
