      Pros

      Dexis is an excellent place to work and I definitely recommend working here if you are ambitious and hardworking. The CEO truly cares about his employees. HR conducts Monthly Internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys where any issues you may have are addressed immediately. Dexis has good benefits and bonus structure. Dexis’ employees work hard but we also have fun. It feels like a family. We have company events such as potlucks and biweekly happy hours.

      Cons

      Dexis is growing very fast so available office space is becoming a bigger issue, but management is dealing with it well. Since Dexis is getting a 3rd office space, I hope the close knit feeling among employees isn’t lost.

      Pros

      This company is full of energetic, smart, and sociable people who love what they do. I've yet to experience someone who truly dislikes working here. Everyone is friendly, accountable, and driven. The leadership is also very passionate about the values and direction of this company.

      Cons

      Normal growing pains. The company has experience a significant amount of growth over the past year, and the once small team is quickly adapting to keep up.

      Pros

      Dexis really is one of those places that recognizes that employees are their number one asset. They work hard to create a work environment where employees can thrive, do quality work and have fun. They spend time, energy and money in protecting their number one assets.

      Cons

      As any growing small business there will be growing pains. Dexis is doing the best to manage change and keep employees aware of the changes.
