      Demanding but Rewarding

      Pros

      The company is growing rapidly which makes for an easier environment to work in. When you're working at a contractor that's stagnating, things can get unpleasant quickly. The growth also means there is a lot of opportunity to move within the company. The team is sharp and aggressively entrepreneurial. Leadership is genuinely interested in understanding employee frustrations and addressing them.

      Cons

      While leadership is genuinely interested in addressing frustrations, it isn't always successful. Systems are constantly being introduced and discarded for all aspects of work and some initiatives seem to just fall by the wayside when interest is lost.

      Pros

      -Contemporary, tech suave team -Multiple opportunities for growth -Extensive company cultural events -Very diverse staff from around the globe -Ample degree of autonomy and flexibility -Great health benefits and bonus structure!

      Cons

      Miss-communication or lack of effective communication between levels of management and divisions. Providing sufficient training and resources for promoted staff or new hires is still lacking, though extensive measures are in the works to improve upon the issue.

      Pros

      Dexis really promotes the development of its staff. Associates and managers alike are given ample opportunities to explore and learn. Fun atmosphere with very intelligent but entertaining colleagues.

      Cons

      Long hours (but normal for development industry), lots of individual responsibility (if you want to grow), and limited benefits (but getting better every year).
