I am not able to find any advantage based on my own experience.

Cons

Not focus on people neither team work. Employees empowerment does not exists. Improvised priorities without a clear path to follow, confusions in between an efficient mindset and cost savings makes impossible to deliver any excellence in the tasks performed.
