The work here stays pretty hands on, so the days don’t drag much. Different machines and technical problems come up regularly, which keeps things from being too repetitive. The team helps each other when someone gets stuck instead of making everything overly competitive. Managers let technicians handle their work without constantly checking every small thing. There’s also a good amount of learning if you enjoy troubleshooting and working with equipment. The environment is practical and the pay and benefits are good.

Certain maintenance tasks become physically tiring.

Really interesting product (lab-grown diamonds), generates a lot of interest and conversion doesn't take a lot of effort. Good tools for tracking leads. Solid benefits, including unlimited PTO and PPO insurance.

Cons

There's always some pressure in a sales job.
