Pros

Brilliant coworkers who genuinely want to help and support.

Cons

If you enjoy nonstop workplace chaos wrapped in fake corporates smiles and constant confusion, this might be your kind of place. The entire place carried a suffocating atmosphere, most decisions had no real input, and it constantly felt like people were expected to shut up and accept everything. The CEO set the tone, and it left almost no room for discussion or disagreement. Some managers treated people terribly, more like targets to belittle than employees to lead. The bully behavior showed up in meetings too. One of the founders repeatedly acted in a narcissistic way, taking credit when things succeeded but blaming others the second problems appeared. Trust between teams was almost nonexistent, communication was a complete mess, and good people never stayed long. My advice to you: NEVER JOIN!!!

Pros

Most of the work here is practical, so I spend more time building things and solving problems than just discussing ideas. Working with real systems and hardware helps me understand how things actually run. There’s enough flexibility to try different approaches, which makes the work more engaging. I have access to the tools or resources I need. It’s a good place to build technical experience, plus there's competitive pay and decent benefits.

Cons

You'll often have to juggle several tasks at once, and if you fall behind, it's really difficult to catch up.
