there is a massive disconnect and huge communication issue between upper management and the rest of the company all decisions are financially driven the company is disorganized - priorities change every six months, groups are supposed to change directions entirely with little notice, there is no clear ownership of projects, and goals aren't communicated no work-life balance - most people are overworked and burnt out. you are expected to do the impossible without being given time or resources some managers discourage cross-team interactions - this makes it hard for it to be a collaborative environment

Zero stars. This company that hides under the guise of moral superiority in their advertised motivation to replace the blood diamond industry, has initiated a partnership with a weapons manufacturer in the midst of an ongoing genocide, a weapons manufacturer supplying arms being used to blow children to bits and pieces. I worked on this said project under the company's stated intent that it's to revolutionize wafer technology, under the company's motivation in advancing green energy. I am glad I left especially learning of their one month old announcement in Linked In that these wafers I helped in developing are to be used by agents of war. In this sense, this company has become an agent of war and violence. This moral depravity is in addition to complaints of harassment ignored by HR.
