The technology and innovation were impressive.

Cons

The owner had a frustrating tendency to support intemperate behavior, giving instigators free rein to create chaos. It felt like those who stirred up trouble got more attention than those focused on real progress. I hate how effort and collaboration were undervalued in favor of drama. This created an environment where trust was completely undermined, and genuine teamwork became rare.

The office had a great view of the city and decent coffee.

Cons

The bosses were all about showboating with no real substance behind it. They'd rather save a buck on essentials while blowing money on pointless presentations and fluff to make themselves look good. Decisions were penny-pinching at best and self-serving at worst, with any actual team needs thrown out the window. Half the team was just there to make the higher-ups feel important, turning every projects into a drawn-out mess, thanks to the clueless louts in charge.
