-The company invests generously in a comprehensive and in-depth performance review facilitated by an expert third party. -Long and storied brand history (95+ years!) -Unwavering commitment to product quality and a top notch customer experience. -Swift decision making by leadership with little bureaucracy or politics. -Financial backing from a top tier Private Equity firm that is collaborative and supports management.

Cons

-Since this is a small to medium sized company, you need to be willing to roll up your sleeves. Your leadership skills will be put to the test!

Pros

Casual environment, paycheck, benefits. "Perks" if you want to call it that.

Cons

Company was recently sold, hope the new owners do better. Management is unprofessional and unfair. Nepotism and favoritism is rampant. There's an unhealthy balance to how things are managed. Training is not good. Upper Management creeps around checking on people. Very weird. And if they don't like you, forget it.

Managers creeping around does not sound good. I joined about when this comment was submitted. Please, if you are still discouraged, I hope you will either approach me directly to discuss your concerns or find a way to communicate your concerns through a co-worker. Your direct feedback will remain confidential and will help me make Dickson a better place to work and develop.

Pros

Great Culture, friendly and smart people. I feel you can make really an impact since the first day and everybody is happy to help you, as long as you put enough work.

Cons

I don't think there is any particular cons. Best company where I have ever worked at.
