Pros

Great support in training; relaxed work environment while maintaining professionalism; management stays close to employees at every level, your concerns and suggestions are heard.

Cons

Tough 5pm commute in that area; there wasn't full time employment available when I applied, made it hard to stay on.

Pros

The compensation and benefits are great. Inside our office atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable but needs a little help. Very nice to have food and drinks available for the employees. Decent work cubicles and areas. Job stability and security is awesome.

Cons

Promote or hire qualified supervisors or managers who have real time past experiences and not just knowing the current internal products and services. Many staff says we need solid leadership and we get lost. A ghost driven bus can be detrimental in the long run for the team. Team moral lacks and poor communication amongst co workers are noticeable and sometimes require maturity. Departmental structure needs help. Training takes time due to lots of info to retain and they change things around quite often leading to frustration. No standard training. Corporate ladder missing. No room for advancement. Some staff should not be leaders because they don’t know how to lead.
