Pros

DigiCert treats customers and employees better than I have seen at any other company. It has been my favorite job that I have had to date. DigiCert not only values the employees but shows how much they are valued each day. DigiCert is in a place where they can provide amazing benefits, company activities, catering, and extra incentives because they want each person to feel appreciated. As an employee on one of the sales team, I feel motivated to do my best and work hard. Our management is great and so easy to work with. DigiCert as a whole is an amazing company with great employees. If you like technology, working with people, competitive pay, and being valued as an employee, DigiCert is the place. I have loved this job and plan to work here as long as possible and build a lasting career here.

Cons

I think a con is something that most sales people deal with which is getting the hang of things and building a pipeline. Other than that, I have enjoyed everything about it. The Account Development team has been an exciting team to work on.

Pros

-Digicert absolutely spoils their employees -Great hours, pay, and benefits -They feed you well. They Cater 3 times a week and have the kitchen stocked with plenty of food and snacks to keep you well fed. -Fun company-wide activities (They rented out a theater showing for us to see Rogue One as a company last December). Not to mention they have had some company PingPong tourneys with some killer prizes. -They changed the commission pay schedule which has actually earned me more money than the old way would have. -Great team that does a good job at welcoming in new comers. -Fairly Laid back, not too stressful of a position. However is challenging enough to keep you working hard. Good balance. -You can tell that the Management (across the whole sales team) really cares about their team. They will go to bat for you any day of the week and they make sure their teams are treated fairly and well compensated. This is especially true of the AD Manager Matt. -It's a job where I can honestly say you get out what you put in. It's fulfilling. -The positions above us (Mid-Market and Enterprise Reps) are amazing positions that give a HUGE pay raise than the AD position. So getting promoted is a great goal to have.

Cons

-The team can get a little distracted at times, but overall it's not too bad. -Because it's such a good company to work for, turnover is low. Meaning promotions are hard to come by and take a while. However seeing that the company is growing really fast, I'd assume that this won't be too much of a problem in the future.
