We note that you feel the current management and leadership at DigiCert has taken the company in a direction that you do not agree with. Change can be difficult, and, as DigiCert transforms from a certificate authority to the leading provider of digital trust, changes must be made. These changes are not always comfortable or easy, but they are necessary for growth.
