Not great

Pros

typical tech company perks, stocked break room, video games.

Cons

So many acquisitions that the company culture is getting worse everyday. There is a trend of less pay and less benefits every quarter as they try to save money to impress the board

Pros

The compensation and benefits are great. Inside our office atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable but needs a little help. Very nice to have food and drinks available for the employees. Decent work cubicles and areas. Job stability and security is awesome.

Cons

Promote or hire qualified supervisors or managers who have real time past experiences and not just knowing the current internal products and services. Many staff says we need solid leadership and we get lost. A ghost driven bus can be detrimental in the long run for the team. Team moral lacks and poor communication amongst co workers are noticeable and sometimes require maturity. Departmental structure needs help. Training takes time due to lots of info to retain and they change things around quite often leading to frustration. No standard training. Corporate ladder missing. No room for advancement. Some staff should not be leaders because they don’t know how to lead.
