      Everyone that’s not Upper Management

      Cons

      On late Friday afternoon the sales team received their new comp after we complained about the old one. We were promised it was going to be amazing. After reviewing it, I see that I’m getting paid less on deals than I did before. They also told us that if we hit our H2 number we will be whole for the year (that’s never going to happen). Only thing that DigiCert is doing right is screwing everyone in the company unless you are a high level executive.

      After having their most successful year in 2022, they made some big changes and fell flat in 2023. Sales were down because they were pushing new products that weren't ready for market. Since they were losing money, they started laying people off. Managers are feeling a lot of pressure from executive leadership, which means sales reps were being pushed to do more with less. It became a toxic environment and no one liked working there.

      DigiCert just isn't the same.

      Pros

      Those who are part of the original core/legacy DigiCert company feel like family. The customers are still great to assist and work with.

      Cons

      The almighty dollar rules all of the decisions at the top. Little thought is given to providing quality services to customers at a fair market value. There is no need to echo all of the recent negative reviews. They are a fair representation of the current state of the company.
