      Pros

      Amazing coworkers and lower level management. Great pay for new hires, which is nearly double what existing employees at the same position are currently paid.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and career growth for veteran employees. Upper management clearly trying to clean out veteran employees who helped get the company to where it is today, and instead bringing in new hires who will more easily conform to their different approach to go to market strategy.

      Pros

      Other than still having a paycheck, I can't think of any.

      Cons

      First and foremost, Digicert doesn't seem to know how to handle an acquisition -- they are a guppy trying to swallow a grouper. They apparently functioned adequately as a very small company, but Digicert management is not very open about their plans for the people who came over as part of the recent acquisition, except maybe to a few "pets". Merrill was asked point-blank about this, and all he did was acknowledge that the question was asked. This creates a lot of anxiety for the people, who are part of the acquisition. Besides this, there very much appears to be an us-vs-them mentality on the part of the Digicert people in Utah.

      *Super lax working environment *Some good benefits like Digitrip

      Cons

      *Get ready for a constant commission cuts *Manager isn't qualified to be a manager. *Nepotism. Very strong cases of nepotism within the company. *The only work place where if you get promoted your salary will remain the same.
