      DigiCert: Remote Autonomy, Exceptional Leadership, and Vibrant Culture

      Working at DigiCert is a fulfilling experience largely due to the exceptional leadership provided by my manager, who fosters a supportive environment where autonomy and creativity flourish. The freedom of remote work enables me to maintain a healthy work-life balance while staying productive and focused. Additionally, the company's culture promotes collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, creating a vibrant and dynamic workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. Overall, DigiCert provides an enriching professional environment where I can thrive and grow personally and career-wise.

      - Process and organization may need refinement due to growing pains. - Last-minute requests and deadlines can occur due to the absence of established processes. - Lack of a dedicated research team for validation could stem from a gap in understanding.

      Low pay but great company and benefits

      Pros

      Managers and in general people at DigiCert are great at what they do. The environment is very relaxed, no micro-management. Lunch vouchers when in the office and great health insurance. Pay is not the best though.

      Payment is not competitive compare to other similar places to do same job
