      Great Place to work as a woman in Tech

      Pros

      As a woman and a mother in Tech finding a Job where I life work balance is great, might be as difficult as finding the seven horrocruxes. But I must say digicert is a great place for this. I feel appreciated, valued, I get to learn every day, at my own pace and have great and interesting customers to support.

      Cons

      The only negative thing I can say is that since the company is very large and worldwide, meeting schedules can sometimes be a little crazy. But this is offset by the flexibility they offer me.

      Pros

      everybody is friendly and careful at how they treat other colleagues. They value the well being of employees.

      Cons

      We mostly work from home which is wonderful but I also want to have human interactions with my colleagues more often; on a face to face.
