We also love that you appreciate the changes our CEO has been making to grow the company. Our leadership is working hard to grow wisely, and we are glad you recognize the efforts. We note your message on the cons, including the many changes and rigidity expressed by some to those and other changes. It can be difficult to adapt, but we are providing leaders and employees with training and tools to support them throughout changes.
