      Pros

      DigiCert is true to their reputation. They are customer focused and put their people first. You will feel a sense of pride in working towards something meaningful under a brand that values & celebrates their staff. I have had the opportunity to learn so much in a short space of time.

      Cons

      You will find yourself doing so much and still wanting to do more. I've had to remind myself to be patient and that good things take time. Remind and make use of the work life balance the culture provides.

      Great company with a lot of opportunity

      DigiCert has great new leadership who have identified some great growth opportunities for the company; people are very collegial; a great sense of purpose behind what the company does; flexible work hours and work from home accommodations

      Cons

      Past leadership had taken a kind of mercenary private equity approach to managing the company, but this seems to be changing
