      Find a better company before they fake an improvement plan to hide an internal layoff.

      Quick hiring in no time

      Cons

      Mountain view office specifically has a fake nepotistic environment. Your future and your employment totally depends on how long you behave as per your manager eg if you work more number of hours as per them . The culture is not inclusive at all. The manager tells you constantly how much they are paying you, you are suppose to give a service and after all this is a business. People keep switching from the team or they are fired but nothing is done against the manager even after the skip managers are informed about the conduct.

      Great company to work and grow in

      The company cares for you and your family and your balance between work and life. Great friendly people from the frontline agents up to the top of management. Company promotes from within whenever possible.

      Cons

      Lost a little of the original culture through its growth but is working on developing a new culture that will help employees.
