I really enjoyed working at Digital Dream Forge.

Pros

The team members went out of their way to make sure that everyone understood how to perform job duties. Management had an open door policy which was great! I felt comfortable knowing that if I had an issue there was someone available to speak with. The work atmosphere is hard to top, due to everyone’s helping nature and drive to be the best. Social events such as the chili cook off and employee breakfasts set Digital Dream Forge apart from other employers that I have work for. If I ever move back to Arizona, Digital Dream Forge will be my first contact.

- Hours are always the same, set schedule - 80 hours unpaid time off to use for appointments/vacation - Independent work environment

Cons

- Overbearing management - Unpaid holidays and no PTO - People in charge have little to no experience in the field they work in
