Pros
Great benefits and perks, including a yearly profit sharing bonus of up to 10% (depending on performance of credit union in reaching its set goals for the year)
Cons
Slow to progress and modernize certain areas. Some internal power struggles between departments regarding who is responsible for what. Certain teams need additional hands, but it has been difficult for mangers (in my department, at least) to expand their teams due to hiring freezes by senior management.
