- Management doesnt really care about work/life balance. There have been many many times wherein people were asked to work late hours and weekends. - There really is no career development here. They dont really pay well and increases are determined by HR not the person's manager or supervisor! - CEO is completely out of touch being an older guy who doesnt seem to understand that the world has changed in the last 30 years. He still wants to make people come into the office when most companies allow for remote work. Right now during the pandemic, he was forced to allow it, but I'm sure as soon as it comes closer to ending, he will find some excuse to get everyone back to the office.

Team Leaders who literally don’t care when you ask them the most simple question when you have exhausted all other avenues. Support Departments that hate to speak to certain people in info center until they hear your voice over the phone. (We work remotely, just stop giving attitude over the phone. I get it. You don’t like us calling you for stupid things but do your damn job) Members saying how incredibly high our call times are and how much they don’t want to stay with DCU due to our high call times.
