      CSM experience dependent of the product you are involved with.

      Good onboarding. Available tools dependent on the product solution you are attached to.

      Cons

      Some product solutions were acquisitions and the infrastructure for people, process, technology, and tools are in in varying condition. Some products are suffering from ongoing employee churn, lack of product innovation, and a backlog of support tickets. Due to brain drain, your role as a CSM might end up being chasing support tickets.

      Pros

      Diligent is a good place to work with. Nice work cluture. Employee friendly. I would definitely agree that this is a great work place and recommend to others.

      Cons

      Current location of the office is in Bellandur, usually this road is very busy on top of that due to metro construction the traffic is too much. Wasting lot of time in travel, as like other companies it has a policy of 50% mandatory attendance.
