      Big company with job security since nobody seems to know whats going on

      Cons

      nobody knows whats going on; managers are out of touch. company has grown so much through acquisition along with massive turnover. Leadership is clueless.

      Company culture, community, and a nice office in the centre of Budapest.

      Cons

      Maybe too many legacy projects and slow communication from upper-management in important topics, which are very important for employees.
