With regards to a fast-paced work culture and tight deadlines, we are very focused on helping our teams strike the right work-life balance. We do recognize that some departments have higher workloads, and we’re actively working to improve this by improving workflows, implementing more training and enablement and bringing on more team members. As a fast-growing company with big ambitions, we do have an expectation of high performance, but workloads shouldn’t be overwhelming. If you find them in any way unmanageable, I highly encourage you to discuss this with your manager or any member of the ELT.
