high pay and good tips

Cons

the management are huge jerks and they will bully you if a customer asks. they value customer satisfaction over employee wellbeing. there's a reason there is a high turnover rate. also feels kinda cult-ish because you watch basically propaganda for training videos.

*Good money *Food is decent *50% off food *You /can/ work your way up if you are liked enough

Cons

*Management will make it clear who is in their "goldenboy club" and who is not, as favorites will receive more hours and access to larger tables. *If you are outside the "club", you will be watched harder and criticized for things the favorites will get away with. *You will have to legally sign away your breaks depending on the position *If something you do is not their preferred method, you will not be able to do it. *Managers say 'they're there to help', but they're just there to keep people in line and mop up mistakes they make with passive-aggression *Taking food that was extra, or was going to be thrown away is a fire-able offense *During training, trainers will write a hidden report about your performance that you will not be able to see *Incredibly strict late policy *Rigid corporate structure behind every small detail *If you don't pass the food test they assign to you, you will be demoted or put back into training

The best part-time job I've ever worked and I've been working through high school and college. Management is very flexible and understanding while also good at maintaining rules.

Cons

A lot of call outs makes it difficult to run operations smoothly, but that's a given in any restaurant business.
