-managers are very flexible with scheduling and understanding -really nice and helpful colleagues; we hang out quite often after work hours -super fast-paced working environment during rush hours, which is good because time passes really fast

Cons

-very little upward mobility; I wanted to get promoted to a server position but most servers are still the original servers since the restaurant opened few years ago -managers take yelp comments very seriously; if a grouchy customer commented about your name on yelp, you will be asked and warned even though it wasn't really your fault (grouchy customers due to long waiting time; they can't really talk to you rationally because they're 'hangry' (hungry + angry))

Flexible schedule Money is good if you are a server or a runner

Cons

Micromanage and constantly yelling at employees. Never pleased with results. Creates a terrible working environment where employees are constantly anxious and scared. They also fire for no reason and when asked why being terminated they say they don't know.

FOH and BOH staff are friendly and helpful, steady flow of guests compared to most restaurants so paycheck is predictable

Cons

Poor treatment of employees, ridiculous rules bordering on abuse i.e. "use only one paper towel to dry hands after washing" Quadrulple seating and extremely rude and unreasonable customers are the norm
