DVS has been a great place to engage with interesting opportunities and to continue on one's professional development. After working in telecom for quite a few years, moving to DVS has given me faith that an organization can work collaboratively while delivering good service to the customer. Cons

Incumbents do shift on government contracts which can result in a contract ending. DVS works hard to win re-competes.

The hours are not bad.

Cons

The pay is not great showing how they undervalue experience. Some supervisors do not have the skills, knowledge, or experience to do the basic job or fulfill their role.
