      - Extremely friendly staff and management - Even though company is small to midsize the atmosphere is very professional - Great opportunity to learn and improve skills - Senior and management are always there to help and guide you if needed - Lots of potential to grow and progress within the company - Most importantly, everyone is treated like family here Additional Perks: - Christmas Party - Lunar New Years Party - Monthly Lunch-ins for Birthdays

      Corporate office is cramped, but planning on moving to a bigger location in 2020.

      Pros

      The only pro to working for this company is that I suppose it is better than being unemployed, but barely.

      Cons

      - below industry standard pay - horrible medical benefits with absurdly high copays - company/leadership is more worried about winning more contracts than supporting their employees and making sure there is enough trained staff to support current work - horrible management at the Technical Director role - do not care about or listen to their staff when they express frustrations or concerns or ask for help interacting with hostile government customers - If you do well you will be saddled with more and more work with no additional compensation - hostile work culture
