      Pros

      They are great about hiring those that don't have a lot of experience or knowledge and training them up.

      Cons

      Once you have some experience you will realize that you can get better pay most anywhere else doing less work.

We follow ERI salary data to create pay ranges based upon a variety of variables. We recommend having an open discussion with your manager regarding your salary during the annual performance review period.

      The hours are not bad.

      Cons

      The pay is not great showing how they undervalue experience. Some supervisors do not have the skills, knowledge, or experience to do the basic job or fulfill their role.

In addition to our annual performance increase and review period, we encourage employees to discuss their career path and pay with their manager/program manager.       Beware the nepotism and the skeletons keep piling up.

      Pros

      Best worker bee people, management are related and some truly lack in communication skills and those skills of being a human being. Life happens. They don’t care.

      Cons

      Behind doors discussions in vacuums and don’t tell HR anything. They tell management everything!
