      there are no pros for working here

      Cons

      individuals would have better luck as salary works then hourly. the benefits are horrible and there is more work then personnel. jobs being cut due to no money.

      DirectViz Solutions offers medical, dental, and vision insurance to its full time employees, with three medical options from HMO to PPO to choose from.       Avoid DVS like the Plague!

      Pros

      There are only a handful of corporate staff that are credible and genuine. The HR staff are wonderful. The CEO and VP of Business Development are clueless.

      Cons

      The CEO and VP of business development are in over their heads and do not know the first thing about growing business. They are clueless to say the least. The benefits are horrible and not competitive with the rest of industry. They do not offer all federal holidays off. The leave program is horrible and the health premiums are some of the highest I have ever seen. There is no company culture other than every man and woman for themselves. They will work you into the ground and replace you if you get tired. Horrible work environment.
