      Company going to implode on itself

      Pros

      Some nice people work at corporate so decent place be at and located in Tysons now and produce nicely written proposals

      Cons

      You would think some of the more experienced senior leadership would have better oversight and make good decisions, but it's just a sh**show

      Job was great; the company was very poor.

      Pros

      Cannot think of anything worth noting.

      Cons

      They basically needed immediate assistance on a contract that was failing. They brought on quite a few people who ultimately lost their jobs when that contract ended. They held luncheons, mixers, and I am under the impression they knew the government was not going to exercise the option year. Small business is one thing but purposely misleading candidates is just plain wrong.

      Nothing at all! Program manager for their new contract is hard to work for. Benefits are bad.

      Upper management has no training in people skills. Health insurance is bad
