      Pros

      I've been here since the beginning of the year and I couldn't be happier. I love the transparency from leadership and the fun and open culture. We're just over 5 years old and going through hyper-growth but everyone still has a voice and an opinion to contribute to our success. Discord really puts people first and it shows. I'm excited for the future of Discord, we're just getting started :).

      - compensation & benefits are great - no drama & lots of support (work & private life!) - transparent business with weekly insights for everyone working here - flat hierarchy & great communication within the department - lots of feedback & chances to learn new things - promotions are done regularly - amazing team dynamics & teamwork - good work gets recognized & valued - personality gets appreciated, nobody needs to leave who they are "at the door"

      - cross-company communication/coordination could get improved
