      - Everybody I've gotten to work with so far is impressive and confidence inspiring - The company is gaming adjacent, meaning the culture is very gaming forward without the QoL issues of an actual game developer - Company stability matters more than ever in this market and Discord absolutely offers that

      Pros

      I love the product, the people, culture and, even though it's a lot, the constant change. I've learned so much since onboarding here and I'm excited for what's to come. Also - I love how flexible my team is with RTO/going in office.
