If you want to do anything innovative or bring them into the 20th century you will struggle here. They function in 1990 and push back on anything new and when things fail they finger point, bully and blame others for their incompetence. They speak of an amazing culture but it is all talk and used as an excuse for their bad behavior and decisions. They don't care about their people but they do talk about caring and cultivating people all the time to get their point across.

All good employees have left in my region and more are leaving everyday. Company does not pay enough for all in store employees minus Store Manager, overspends on Corporate employees (private planes, $100k company cars, $500k+ salaries), prioritizes customers even when badly behaved, absolutely cannot turn away any business, terrible in store point of sales that has somehow been in development for 2+ years, regional managers nothing but corporate robots with no care or interest for employees whatsoever, forever raising goals for employees that feel impossible to hit unless you kill yourself in effort, exhausting mentally and physically. When I get quit I felt like I got out of jail.
