- Leadership is constantly innovating and advancing our internal policies - The administrative team listens and integrates employee ideas and insights - Internal team camaraderie is amazing, everyone works together to make sure projects are completed and customers are 100% satisfied - Company is fully remote - giving lots of freedom on a day-to-day basis - While we are remote, the company has face to face events every year to ensure team bonding is still there

Cons

None - Dito is a wonderful company to work at - highly recommend reaching out to them if interested in a position in a fast-growing technology company that is a Google Premier Partner!

Working remote is attractive and servicing Google is always interesting.

Zero understanding of sales operations, duplicitous commission structure, & shady practices with their sole partner Google.

Pros

After spending two years with Dito, I am moving on to my next adventure. My time as a Ditomite was a great experience filled with challenge and growth. The relationships made within Dito and with Google are amazing. Being a virtual organization gives employees freedom to spend time with family, which is amazing! Though, be prepared to be busy as there is a ton of opportunity out there to go grab!

Cons

No real cons. If you don't put in an effort and push yourself, you won't find success. Go get yours!
