Pros

You get to learn and utilize Google's Cloud platform.

Cons

Working from home is not for everyone and is not what its cracked up to be. Constantly "on call" so to say. No direction for the company and everything is fly by the seat of your pants type. No structure to how things are done or how it should be. Some individuals are not as tech savy as you would think from a technology company. A lot of favoritism within the company and they sell you on the "potential" of making over 6 figures but don't tell you in order to do so you need to be working all over 60+ hours per week to do so. Your input and expertise is not valued and there is a HIGH turnover rate, for good reason.

Pros

Really enjoy my co-workers, many like minded people who pursue challenges with the goal of high quality results and satisfied customers. As a team we understand perfection is enemy of progress while also embracing world class standards for our final products/solutions/services. We are a group of creative thinkers. Opportunity for growth is tremendous, and a great place to gain valuable experience. Flexible schedule so you can manage your work life balance.

Cons

We are working on the cutting edge of innovation and technology, customers bring us complex problems. It can be challenging, but I love it.

Lost momentum at a critical juncture

Pros

Work from home, learn all about Google Apps, relaxed culture, good first job for kids out of college who need a foot in the door and something to put on their resume. Good opportunity for learning, really no pressure.

Cons

Terrible leadership, which is the umbrella underneath which all the company's problems reside. The company was started by two brothers, who promised every new hire an opportunity to earn a share of the business, but this never happened, not for for anyone. Not in any financial sense, but also not in any sense of responsibility, having a say, really being a part of the management team. The firm expanded to about 30 employees while one brother was in charge, but when the other brother ousted his sibling, he fired several people and drove most of the rest to resign. There is no opportunity for promotions, raises, or any real advancement. Employees jockey for position but really only the family of owners have any real input or share of profits from success. The deliberate promises really soured relations with the staff. Very low pay and poor benefits by industry standards. Additionally, there is no real direction for the future, sales strategy, etc. Dito was poised for success as a premier Google partner and a growing team and customer base, but the sibling rivalry and poor leadership just didn't allow it to happen. Additionally, sales commissions were withheld from people who earned them and this information spread throughout the firm, completely tanking morale and sending everyone scrambling for new jobs.
