Pros

D'nata pays decently well for check-in agents. The experience of working with the airlines is a really good way to get your foot in the door and see what its like.

Cons

Management cuts hours. Getting any sort of raise is a fight. Management has horrible communication within and without. Documents such as expense reports get lost and you will not get compensated.

Pros

Pay Sometimes good breaks between flights Views

Cons

They do tend to overwork you. They micromanage you if they don’t like you. They have extreme favoritism. A lot of supervisors and some managers are lazy and let the little bit of superiority get to their heads. They are rude and if they do not like you, they will make your life hell. They like to make up random rules. Full grown adults but they gossip like teens. They will also treat you differently if you’re not caribbean/spanish, one of their favorites, and if you’re gay.

Pros

The only pro’s I’ve had are my co-workers. Other than that nothing

Cons

Even if you’re desperate for a job, please do not work here. They’re so many illegal things that they’re doing to employees. From not paying them, to overworking them and denying them days off. They did discriminate against employees and treat them poorly. The pay is absolutely horrendous and the hiring managers and HR think they’re offering too dollars. The company is extremely unorganized and has absolutely no structure. Managers expect you to read their minds to get an answer and want you to bend and twist for them, when they give nothing in return. I regret the day I ever accepted a position working here. To say I worked here is an embarrassment. As crazy as this sounds, I rather work at McDonald’s than to work at this company. No respect for their workers. Once you tell them they’re doing something illegal, they quickly retaliate against you and find anyway to fire you. The establishment is a joke.
