      Can't find any pros, but they do provide free meals during training

      Cons

      They don't have an actual office right now so they use a portable trailer as their temporary office. The site is under construction. A Lot of things need to be done before they are able to operate. Lot of overtime opportunities and long hours since it will run 24/7 so be prepared for it. If you are salaried, be sure to ask for more because you're very likely to work on the weekends.
