Benefits are good Employees are mostly introverts, but pretty friendly Office is very casual There is a lot of potential for upward movement, DocuWare likes to hire from within.

Cons

There are too many "managers" in this company, if everyone is a manager, no one is managing. There is no clear Sales plan, as we have had a completely new directive every year, and go through Salespeople as if they were flavors of the week. The individual offices are too far removed from each other, and often feel like three separate companies. People working in the same department often have very different SOPs depending on which office they are working on. Everyone likes to do thing their way without considering or knowing how the other office conducts operations.

Pros

Rock Solid Technology, there is nothing better than German engineering. This company is on its way to 100 Million under the clear direction of the founders and new COO A very pleasant and friendly environment to work in. Everyone including the C level are always willing to assist and are very accessible. The European counterparts are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Haven't been here long enough to find any issues with this organization.
