      Pros

      From the top down, the company cares about it's employees and customers. It is an open environment, and everyone has direct access to the President of the company. They listen to feedback, and are excited to hear new ideas. The office has a professional, focused culture, but at the same time is relaxed and friendly, a though fix to get right, but they do it. We're a growing company, and there is a lot of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      It's a growing company, so there will be growing pains. If you are up for that, than it's a good environment to work. If not, it could be tough to go with the flow.

      Pros

      For employees, besides the normal benefits offered by a good company, we have a health and happiness initiative that includes everything from a coach to yoga and a walking club. We get a generous vacation offering and some flexibility in our work hours. For customers, I like that we are always a forward thinking, innovative company. Technologically & culturally others try and keep up with us; that gives me the trust I need in our leadership.

      Cons

      If I had any cons, I wouldn't be here! If I ever have any questions or concerns about anything at all, our managers, VPs and Presidents are always available and easy to talk with.

      Pros

      The employees are very nice and friendly, the building is recently new and they company is starting to offer health programs for the employees which is nice if you have time during the day to attend them. They have quarterly dinners for everyone in the company which is nice to interact, and every other Friday is a company lunch that they order for the employees

      Cons

      Most decision are made in Germany (Headquarters) and they do not always seems to have the US employees in mind for things. Some decisions they make do not make sense. Also they bought out another company and some of the changes have been difficult for some to get used to.
