Pros

Here are the things I love most about DocuSign; - Truly awesome people. I work with smart, passionate, and caring people who I really like. - Great product! Every time I tell someone that I work at DocuSign they say "I LOVE DocuSign". - Supportive leadership. I know my boss believes in me and the team -- she's really great. - Company growth. With growth comes a lot of opportunity for my career. - Good benefits. Comprehensive benefits for me and my family. Really glad DocuSign just added 401K matching. - IMPACT. DocuSign cares about the communities we work in and serve. The Impact foundation work is an integral part of our values.

Cons

With growth comes some pain. Not all processes (and people) are scaling well. This isn't unexpected, and will take some time to fully address, but leadership is aware and is working to improve things.

So glad to hear you like the benefits and, yes, the news about the matching 401K was terrific. Please share any details about which processes you think can be improved with Kirsten as she is leading a cross company effort to address that.
