      Pros

      Here are the things I love most about DocuSign; - Truly awesome people. I work with smart, passionate, and caring people who I really like. - Great product! Every time I tell someone that I work at DocuSign they say "I LOVE DocuSign". - Supportive leadership. I know my boss believes in me and the team -- she's really great. - Company growth. With growth comes a lot of opportunity for my career. - Good benefits. Comprehensive benefits for me and my family. Really glad DocuSign just added 401K matching. - IMPACT. DocuSign cares about the communities we work in and serve. The Impact foundation work is an integral part of our values.

      Cons

      With growth comes some pain. Not all processes (and people) are scaling well. This isn't unexpected, and will take some time to fully address, but leadership is aware and is working to improve things.

      Pros

      Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.

      Cons

      Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
