Pros

I have found tremendous support for my personal life situation which frequently interferes with working on a 'regular' and 'normal' workday hours schedule. As long as I communicate and get my work done, it has been wonderful to work around daycare schedules and complications as a single mom without fear of losing my job. The benefits and the atmosphere rock in comparison to past positions and places I've worked and I am challenged by my work and am learning daily.

Cons

We hate paper...I love to take notes and draw things out, on paper...and I'm working toward doing those things digitally, it's just not my style or learning preference. But other than that, I don't have any.

Pros

I am given my tasks and then expected to do them with no micromanaging. It's a good balanced style of management, where they treat their employees like responsible adults. Also, they are very flexible about hours and working from home.

Cons

Shared workspace makes noise and other distractions a common problem.
