Pros

- A great product many people know and love - A great culture of energetic, enthusiastic and driven professionals who are also really helpful - Questions are most welcome and you are never left on your own - The Onboarding Bootcamp in the US enables you to network internally and to get into the grips with your job - Funky office on the border of City/Shoreditch with fully stacked fridges - You will NEVER STOP LEARNING - so make sure you're comfortable with that and like continuous development

Cons

- We're growing so fast there are some growing pains and constant change, which constantly keeps you on your feet - We're still figuring out/reinventing some key go-to-market strategies, so make sure you're flexible and adaptable - these will be key character traits to succeed here!

London calling. I just visited your cool offices and the ... fish. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Love that you keep learning and saw value in the onboarding bootcamps. I will be sure to share that with the team. Yes growth brings change and more change which requires flexibility. It's important to know that before you join. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts.

Pros

Smooth interview process, great on-boarding and training and real team environment. 5* for first month. Also ramping on targets to take early pressure off.

Cons

Some of the internal systems are a bit convoluted, like 2 HR systems, but this is part of growing pains of a company growing at such a fast rate.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We will let the team know you enjoyed onboarding. That is great to hear. Nancy Treolo-Lewis and Biloni are working on smoothing out HR systems. So stay tuned.

Pros

The culture, people, and future of this company are certainly reasons to join. I love my job and I love coming into the office each day. It’s a great environment to learn and grow. I would recommend working here to anybody, it’s a great opportunity to have fun and also develop skills.

Cons

Compensation and benefits aren’t competitive. Account executives do not get paid what they should and there’s been talent that’s left the company due to that very reason. If docusign wants to keep hiring quality talent and retain the talent it already has, they need to fix compensation. Base salaries are very low compared to other companies within the industry, and there’s no 401k matching. This needs to get fixed ASAP.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Glad to hear you are enjoying your work and see it as a great opportunity. As far as comp, I'd encourage you to speak to Olga Kibler to better understand the company approach to compensation and to share your thoughts as well as we want to continue to attract and keep great, engaged talent.
