      Great place to work and I’m lucky to be here

      Pros

      After all these years, still the best place I’ve ever worked. A large part of that is my manager, they are by far the best boss I’ve ever had.

      Cons

      Things that really haven’t improved over the years, but DS says they are working on it: - racial diversity (Wilco concerts are more diverse than the Seattle office) - career development - very few individual contributors become people managers (most are hired from the outside)

      So great to hear you have a great manager. That is important. I have one too. As for racial diversity in Seattle, we just hired a Diversity & Inclusion Director who will be based in Seattle. She starts Monday. Her name is Charlotte. Book some time with her. Share your thoughts with Michael Erisman, Tom Casey, Loren Alhadeff, etc and what you think we can do to attract more talent. Anna Schocket our VP of Talent Dev will be rolling our more manager programs -- so stay tuned. It's on the horizon.

      An Excellent First Job!

      Pros

      Great benefits. Free drinks and snacks. Lunch on Mondays and Wednesday (for engineers), and a happy hour once per month! DocuSign is unique in that people are both driven and generally happy-go-lucky at work.

      Cons

      No 401(k) match (yet), and some annoying corporate process approvals, but I suppose it could be much worse.
